Thom Kerr,

Thom Kerr is one of Australasia's newest and most exciting fashion and advertising photographers.

Initially beginning with a fine arts film degree, Thom worked in production design and wardrobe before stepping behind the lens in 2005. No other photographer in such a small space of time has created the same impact, having worked for a variety of clients in the fashion, lifestyle and music industries. Thom's absolute professionalism combined with a wicked sense of humour have made him extremely popular amongst his various clients.

His dramatic imagery commands the attention of both customers and clients alike, with his solid background in writing and art direction ensuring his complete understanding of the entire production process. He has collaborated with many of Australia's best creatives and is known for having a strong eye for talent across all fields.

Having exhibited works in Japan, Italy, Australia and New Zealand he has recently returned from the states after working in New York and LA. 2008 saw him featured on the hit reality television show Germany's Next Top Model as well as clocking up editorial in titles such as: Oyster, Karen, Cream, Black, Poster, Kurv, Duke, Remix, M2, M2Woman and many many more... His client list includes Warner Music, Caltex, Scorpio Management, TMP Print, Playle Hair, Ivy League Records, Finn Denim, and Queensland Health.

Due to personal reasons, he is now based in Auckland and is keen to expand his client base and work with innovative agencies and clients. Keep your eye out on this rising star!
